Detoxifying the body

Detoxifying the body involves the following processes:

Drink green tea:

Lately they have found a place in the heart of many who are on the lookout for healthier lifestyle and those watching their weight and wanting to shed some weight (I don’t like to call people obese).

At least 2 to 3 cups a day will definitely keep the doctor off your front door and mostly not take you to the hospital/clinic.

This will definitely get your doctor to miss you a whole lot!

Please remember, you don’t add sugar and milk to it, Yes you heard me right! No Sugar and No Milk. Just steep in water for a while and drink when warm or at room temperature.

Lemon and Wheat Grass:

Some people say the combination of Lemon and Wheat Grass as the first drink of the day goes a long way to totally cleanse the entire body and reset the ph to the optimal level and have you going on strong all day long.

I do believe it’s worth a try!

Please share when you do.

Exercise:

This is perhaps one of the most important detox strategies that should be implemented in one’s daily detox regimen and the importance cannot be overemphasized.

Why I hear you say:

Because of the following reasons:

  • It trims down fat and helps you lose unwanted fat
  • It helps you stay fit, tuned up and looking beautiful (if you are a female and handsome if you are a guy) and graceful all day.
  • It helps breakdown glucose which you utilize rather than having it stored in the body and eventually becoming a problem for the body.
  • It helps the Liver shed un-needed fat stored there.
  • It fine tunes the body making it run at optimal capacity.
  • “They say you are as old as your enzyme” So it means it’s very beneficial to the enzymes.
  • It basically also keeps all the organs and systems in check and looking good.
  • Help removes toxins and waste from the body
  • Pumps the heart making it work more efficiently.

Exercise regimen should be at least every day or at most 5 to 6 times a week.

At least 30 minutes to 45 minutes and longer if you have built up stamina for it and can handle it.

Start with the Cardio exercises to warm up the heart and organs and make blood circulation faster and more efficient.

Then go unto regular ones to keep body parts and organs fine-tuned and in good shape.
